I bought a new 2011 Silverado Truck in Navember 2011. Luke was my sales rep and he stepped me through the entire process. He was very helpful and knew his product line very well. I am very happy with the truck and Luke's follow up after the sale was very good. I would recommend Jeff Schmitt Autogroup to anyone who is shopping for a new or used car or truck,and ask for Luke!

Excellent Salesman, did not feel pressured to buy anything and I could tell I was getting a completely honest answer to all my questions. I would certainly do business with this salesman again and would strongly recommend anyone else interested in any type of car to do so as well. Best experience on a car lot I have ever had.

When I pulled into the lot, I was greeted by a wonderful salesman, Charles Stephens. He took care of all of my needs. I didn't like the price he gave me up front, but he was very easy to work with and we were able to find a middle. We found a price I was comfortable with and I bought the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Charlie to my friends.

Luke patiently and accurately answered my numerous questions (this was my first experience ever buying a new car). I was able to check out multiple models on the lot and ended up zoning in on two cars in particular; Chevy Sonic hatchback and sedan. I was able to take both out for test drives and ultimately chose the sedan. I am in love with my new car! Jack Emrick, like Luke, was extremely patient in answering all of my finance questions and figuring out how much to put down to get specific monthly payments. I cannot count how many times I asked him to do this. Both Luke and Jack treated me like I was a priority and both displayed a strong knowledge of the Chevy models, comparisons with other makers, finances, etc. I never felt like I was pushed to make a decision and both gave honest, unbiased answers to my questions. I would highly recommend for people in the market for a car to check out Chevy Fairborn and these salesmen in particular. Look into Chevy....you get a lot more bang for your buck than other makers!

We went into the lot (NOT thinking of buying), to look at small suvs like the equinox or traverse. We had a growing family and we needed the room. But I wasn't ready to give up my pick-up. Seth then showed me a certified 2008 4 door Z71. They gave an offer on my pick-up I could not refuse, not to mention the unbeatable price on the 2008 truck. Seth was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had went over the whole vehicle and set up onstar and xm radio. He even allowed us to take the truck home over night to help us in our decision. When we brought the truck back we were sold. He then had the tank filled and the truck cleaned inside and out. This has been the best car buying experience we have ever had. Great Job! Thanks

Charlie Stevens was the salesman that approached me. He's definitely not your normal car salesman that pushes you to buy a car. He allowed me to take my time, answered any questions I had, gave me valuable information, and let me look around without him following me. I have been to many different car dealerships where I would be hounded by a salesman before I even stepped foot out of my car. They would then hound me and follow me around saying anything to get me to buy a car. I HATE THAT. I would definitely recommend Charlie Stevens and Jeff Schmitt Auto Group. Everyone there was absolutely wonderful. I got a fantastic deal, and I didn't feel pressured at all.

I am one of those buyer's that's not interested in adding anymore exspence to the bottom line of the purchase price of a new car but in this case Kelly was so knowledgeable of the advantage of adding a extended warranty and the Easycare program that Jeff schmitt offers. I was always the one that thought i would never use this crap. Well i have had my new Silverado for 4 months and already have lost a set of keys, Stopped by service with my Easycare card and in 30 minutes i had a new fob and key. If i had to pay it would of been $204.00. This is why they say use it once and it pays for itself. I'm a believer now, I have roadside assistance, dent coverage, key replacement, etch's glass and several other things that really make you feel as there's nothing that could go wrong that's not covered. As a satisfied costomer i will always be back to Jeff Schmitt for future purchases and sure hope Kelly can be the closer. Again thanks to all that helped,Kelly Grody,Robert Elswick and the used car manager Dave Zelik for being flexible with my trade. See you soon my 15 year old want a Chevy Cruze. Within ten minutes of my internet inquiry I received a response from Angie Weiskittle.
It listed a complete review of the vehicle including price. Sales consultant Tony Blair handled the follow-up. He was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I had additional conversation with Mr. Blair for two days before I chose the vehicle. Kelley Grody handled the business closing and Mr Blair cancelled an appointment to attend the closing with my daughter. Each employee worked hard to support the team. Post closing from the dealership was professional. Excellent experience.

As soon as we pulled up to the dealership we were greeted, not attacked! We were given the space and time that we needed, and had asked for, in looking at used cars for our family. When we found the vehicle we were interested in, Tony Blair helped us. We test drove it, checked out the Carfax report, and sat down to make an offer! He worked with us and we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted in the price range we were comfortable with. Since we purchased the car, he always checks up on us, and sends birthday wishes! We would definitely recommend Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet and Tony Blair if you need help purchasing a car! They aren't just dealers... they're family!

When i went to purchase a used car, Robert worked with me to get the lowest APR from a lender for the loan on my car. He did a wonderful job and was very courteous, and even worked with me to have a remote start installed on my car. Robert was very professional the whole time. We recently purchased a used 2008 Chevy Impala after having some car trouble w/ our current car. We have less than stellar credit and weren't sure if we would be able to get a car loan. I had visisted one other dealership prior to my visit to Jeff Schmitt. I was approved at that dealership, but the amount of money required for a down payment was much more than I could afford. We decided to give Jeff Schmitt a shot. We were immediately welcomed by Robert, who we felt was very honest with us upfront regarding our credit situation. He took our information and got with the Finance Manager Kelley. Kelley was able to get us approved for the exact terms I was looking for, down payment and monthly payment. Robert and Kelley stayed late after closing to finish up all the paperwork with us. We are very appreciative of their help, and we love our new car!

He got back to me very quickly with some numbers. I decided to visit the dealership to look at some trucks in person. Robert put his lunch aside and spent the rest of his day helping me to find the Silverado with the options I wanted, at a price I could afford. He really went above and beyond to make sure I left the dealership a happy customer. I have dealt with Robert before, so I know this is normal operating procedure, and not just someone having a good day. I have and will continue to refer people to Robert and Jeff Schmitt Chevy.

I inquired about a 2011 Chevy Equinox online. Came in to see the car.
The car is beautiful. I was given a very fair train-in on my 2004(metal) Saturn Vue, and an excellant price adjustment on the 2011 Equinox. More than was offered on the internet. They worked with me on the price so that I would be able to afford it. Thanks guys!!!
